Such conduct may include running, use of skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, radios,

The commission of any act as defined by federal, state or local ordinance as criminal
act is prohibited. |

Picketing, distributing handbills, soliciting and petitioning require the prior
written consent of mall management. |

Please use trash receptacles located throughout the mall. |

Loitering, blocking storefronts, fire exits or escalators; and walking in groups
in such a way as to inconvenience others is prohibited. |

Photographing, videotaping and filming require the prior written consent of mall
management. |

The above Courtesy Code will be in effect at all times for
all guests and visitors of the Bergen Town Center. Anyone who violates any of the
above rules of the shopping center shall be asked to leave. If the violator returns
to the shopping center uninvited or again violates any of the above rules and regulations,
then the violator will be banned from the shopping center and prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law. Mall Management has the right to amend this Courtesy
Code at any time.

Lock your purchase in the trunk of your car. |

Never leave packages on the back seat or in a visible location. |

Carry your most expensive purchase close to your body. |
|
|

Remember to retrieve your credit cards after making purchases. |

Be alert in crowded places. Pickpockets’ favorite places are crowded stores. |

Thieves often work in pairs: one will bump into you while the other picks your pocket
or purse. |

Use caution when using ATMs. Always consider the time of day and location. Never
exit with cash in your hands from the ATM. |

If strangers are near your vehicle, return to the mall for assistance. |

Have your keys out and be prepared to unlock your vehicle. Look inside your vehicle
before entering it to be sure no one is hiding in the front or back seat. |

If you are sitting in your car and somebody suspicious approaches, drive away. |

Lock your doors and windows when you get in and keep them locked. |
